The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, together with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, California Department of Parks and Recreation, California State Lands Commission, and Regents of the University of California (collectively the “State Trustees”), is now accepting comments on projects that submitted full proposals for funding consideration through the Refugio Beach Oil Spill Settlement – South Coast Shoreline Parks and Outdoor Recreation Grants Program 2023 Request for Proposals. For information on the process, project summaries, and how to submit a comment, please visit the California Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Office of Spill Prevention and Response website.
Comments on the proposed projects are welcome and should be submitted to Eliza Braendel at RBOSRFP@nfwf.org by October 27, 2023, in order to ensure consideration.
