East Bay Regional Park District

The lands must be used for purposes in which there is a general statewide interest and be in conformance with the Martinez Waterfront Land Use Plan adopted by the District and City of Martinez in 1976.

Statute Description
Chapter 815, Statutes of 1976 An act to convey in trust certain tide and submerged lands in the Straits of Carquinez, and in this connection to repeal Chapter 37 of the Statutes of 1851 and Chapter 442 of the Statutes of 1929.

The District is required by Section 6306 of the Public Resources Code to complete an annual financial statement and standardized reporting form for trust lands.
