The Commission and the Port of San Diego have posted the manuscript for the San Diego Ocean Planning Partnership’s Preliminary Assessment Report. The report, which the Commission will consider approving on December 3, reflects feedback received from stakeholders and the public during the comment period. A fully formatted version of the report will be available later this week.
