Service Fees

Photocopies:

8 ½" X 11" and 8 ½" X 14" copied in black and white - $.10 cents per page plus $1.00 per file accessed.

8 ½" X 11" and 8 ½" X 14" copied in color - $.15 cents per page plus $1.00 per file accessed.

Certification, per Public Resources Code 6214:

If requested, certification of the authenticity of the record can be made at the cost of $1.00 per page.

Oversized copies:

Documents that exceed the maximum size of 8 ½" X 14" can be sent to an offsite vendor selected by CSLC for reproduction. Reproduction will be charged at the vendor's service rate.

The requestor will arrange and make payment directly to the vendor for the reproduction and/or delivery of the copies. CSLC staff will transport the original document(s) to and from the service vendor at no charge to the requestor.

Electronic copies:

When requested, CSLC will provide electronic records on either CD-R or DVD, the cost for this service is as follows:

CD-R $1.00 per file accessed and .50 cents per CD required.

DVD $1.00 per file accessed and $2.00 per DVD required
