Coscol Petroleum Corporation Marine Terminal Deconstruction and Pipeline Abandonment Project Mitigated Negative Declaration
Coscol Petroleum Corporation/El Paso Company (formerly Pacific Refining Company/El Paso Company), seeks authorization from the CSLC to terminate lease PRC 3414.1 and to remove the existing Coscol Marine Oil Terminal (MOT), located in San Pablo Bay, Contra Costa County, and execute an Abandonment Agreement for the abandonment in place of approximately 1.4 miles of submerged and buried petroleum transfer pipelines and utility conduits that connected the MOT to the Hercules refinery now removed.

Venoco, Inc. (Venoco) is a privately held, independent oil and gas company that is seeking approval from the California State Lands Commission (CSLC) to renew its lease (Lease PRC 3904.1) for an additional 10 years (until February 28, 2013).

The California State Lands Commission, lead agency for an Environmental Impact Report, will evaluate the potential environmental impacts of a proposed project by PG&E. PG&E is proposing to replace approximately 11 miles of a partially inactive natural gas pipeline which extends from the Thornton Station, just south of the Mokelumne River in San Joaquin County, to the Elk Grove Station, just sough of Elk Grove Blvd. in Sacramento County.

Notice of Intent/Notice of Preparation of an Environmental Impact Report for the continued operation of NuStar Selby Marine Oil Terminal.
The California State Lands Commission will evaluate the potential environmental impacts of continued operations at the NuStar marine oil terminal near Selby, on the Carquinez Strait, Contra Costa County, California. NuStar currently leases 10.09 acres of sovereign public land from the CSLC for the wharf portion of its facility, and is seeking approval from the CSLC for a new 30-year lease.
Notice of Intent / Notice of Preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement / Environmental Impact Report for the Clearwater Port Liquefied Natural Gas Deepwater Port project.
The California State Lands Commission, U. S. Coast Guard, and U.S. Maritime Administration will evaluate the potential environmental impacts of a liquefied natural gas project. Clearwater Port LLC (a subsidiary of NorthernStar Natural Gas Inc.) is proposing to construct an offshore liquefied natural gas receiving terminal and regasification facility located in federal waters approximately 10.5 statute miles offshore of Ventura County, California in Federal Outer COntinental Shelf (OCS) Lease Block OCS-P 0217. The onshore components of the project would consist of approximately 63 miles of new pipeline by expanding the SoCalGas pipeline system.

The California State Lands Commission, lead agency under CEQA, has prepared an Environmental Impact Report that evaluates the potential environmental impacts of a proposed project by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). PG&E proposes to construct six above-ground facilities, a 30-inch diameter natural gas pipeline (Lines 406-407), and a new distribution feeder main through Yolo County, Sutter County, Sacramento County, and Placer County.
