All Commission contract solicitations are posted on the California E-Procurement website.
Available bid packages may be downloaded from the State of California current bids website.
The Commission maintains lists separately based on pre-qualification criteria for each solicitation. The Commission's practice is to issue, prior to engaging a firm for a project, a statewide announcement for the project that includes relevant factors that may be considered when selecting a contractor. These factors are considered according to the nature of the project, the needs of the state, and a project's complexity and special requirements. Firms that are pre-qualified will automatically receive solicitations when the Commission determines from their submission that they have the requisite experience and expertise, and in the case of architectural or engineering firms, licensing and certifications to perform the work. Firms that are not pre-qualified may complete the pre-qualification and project specific solicitation concurrently. All projects will be advertised at caleprocure.ca.gov/pages/bidder-vendor.aspx and in selected professional publications.
For other questions, (i.e. selling to the state, state contracting opportunities or small business/disabled veteran business enterprise services) please visit the California E-Procurement website.
