All Commission contract solicitations are posted on the California E-Procurement website.
Available bid packages may be downloaded from the State of California current bids website.
The Commission maintains separate lists based on pre-qualification criteria for each solicitation. Our practice is to issue a statewide announcement for a project that includes the factors the Commission may consider when selecting a contractor. These factors are based on the nature of the project, the needs of the State, and the project's complexity and unique requirements. Pre-qualified firms will automatically receive solicitations when the Commission determines from their submission that they have the experience and expertise, and in the case of architectural or engineering firms, the necessary licensing and certifications to perform the work. Firms that are not pre-qualified may complete the pre-qualification and project specific solicitation concurrently. Projects are advertised at caleprocure.ca.gov/pages/bidder-vendor.aspx and in selected professional publications.
For other questions, (i.e., selling to the state, state contracting opportunities or small business/disabled veteran business enterprise services) please visit the California E-Procurement website.
